General stock page

Back Office allows to get information of product like location and status.
This allows to check current and future availability of specific quantity of product for a specific stock. 

This feature is available on page Stock/products of the Back Office.

Define Items

Add Items to the list of products to check by clicking on button Add Item.
In Add item pop in, search for items to add based on features. Searchable features are set in Parameter page of the back office. Language of the searchable feature will be the one set as user's feature product language.

List of matching products will be displayed. Products information can be set in Parameter page of the back office.
Set quantity and click on Add button on the product to add.
Multiple products can be added.
An added product can be removed by clicking on the button Remove associated to it.
It is NOT possible to change the quantity in this pop in. This feature is available on the main page. More information below.

All variants of a product can be accessed by clicking on Display all variants> of the product.
Add a specific variant by setting its quantity and clicking on its button Add.
Add All variants by clicking on Add all variants button. Each product will be added with the quantity defined on each.

All items will be displayed into an array.
Item information displayed are same as the one in Add Item pop in.

Click on an item to open Modify item pop in.
Modify item pop in allows to change quantity or to remove the product.
It is also possible to access all variants of the product by clicking on Display all variants> button. Variants can be added and quantity changed.

Stock query

Displayed stock depends on stock query defined.
Stock query can be specified in the stock query dropdown
Content of the array will be updated after change of stock query.
This update can be forced by clicking on Refresh button.

Stock of products per stores is displayed in the array based on applied filters.
Stock unified is displayed on the top.
Details of the calculus is accessible by hovering over the stock, or by clicking on it. Clicking on it will open Stock detail pop in.
Calculus is the same for store stock and unified stock except that unified stock is sum of ALL stores stocks and takes into account global reservations.

Future stock

Stock future can be included by activating Display future stock.
Period of time can be defined by clicking on Modify future stock button. This will open Future stock pop in.
Estimation Time of Arrival (ETA) defines the period to take into account. This period is defined by a start ( ETA start ) and an end (ETA end).
These dates can be defined or NOT defined by selecting No limit.

Stock detail pop in displays details related to On hand stock, Future stock and Global reserved stock.
Displayed item information are same as the one in main page.

Stock calculation

Stock is split in different parts. Each stock depend on stock query applied.

• On hand stock is sum of ALL stocks currently available

• Subtotal on hand stock is stock that can be really sold now.

• Future stock is stock of items that will be available soon.

• Subtotal future stock is stock that will be really sellable but NOT already available.

• Disposition stock is stock of items having issues and that can NOT be sold

• Reserved stock is stock that is already reserved for orders

• Buffer stock is stock that can NOT be sold in order to offset differences between virtual system stock and real stock.

Subtotal on hand stock is on hand stock without disposition, reserved and buffer on hand stock.
Subtotal future stock is on hand stock without reserved and buffer future stock.
Unified stock is a aggregate view of stocks of ALL store based on stock query.

On Stock page, the calculation is stock of subtotal on hand stock AND subtotal future stock.
When mouse is over a calculation in the stock page array, a summarized calculation will be displayed.
Clicking on a calculation in the Stock page array opens stock detail pop in, and calculation will be detailed.

Search (filter, location)

Result of Stock query can be filtered to ease understanding : 

• By store name

• By store point type

• At least one item in stock OR All item in stock

• Enabled module Ship From Store AND/OR Click & Collect AND/OR Order in store AND/OR Reserve & Collect

• Disabled module Ship From Store AND/OR Click & Collect AND/OR Order in store AND/OR Reserve & Collect

This filtering is performed by clicking on Filter button or search bar.
Current filters can be removed by clicking on their remove button

💡Tips

Unavailable articles

The unavailable articles page displays the list of products declared as unavailable by vendors in the in-store interface. This feature allows vendors to declare that an item is no longer available for sale in their store, for example if it is damaged or missing in the inventory.

Once declared, these stocks are decremented from the unified stock calculation available for sale online.

List of unavailabilities

All unavailabilites declared by vendors appear in this page. By default, 6 pieces of information are given for each unavailability. Columns can be deleted or switched with the button on the right.

• Article

• Quantity

• Date

• Stock location

• Reason

• User

At the top, the search bars allow you to filter by item or by stock location.

By clicking on a line, you can find few more details such as a comment let by the vendor.

How to remove them ?

You may need to restore a stock availability. This action is possible by clicking on the “Cancel unavailability” button. This will cancel the action taken by the vendor and offer the stock online again.

You can also cancel several unavailabilities at the same timel with the multi-select button.
