Items' module is a powerful tool that allows viewing and editing on the fly items present in OneStock.

The module is located at Items in the main menu of the Back Office.

Find what you are looking for

Search functionality allows you to quickly find and edit Items. The search box allows retrieving results based on a quick and simple text match. Filters allow doing an advanced lookup, by applying multiple criteria at once.

By default, all items are displayed, sorted by ID.

Filters

Filters can be done over multiple fields at once, and support inclusion and exclusion operators. When applying multiple filters, this combined using a AND operator.

If you filter by color in blue, red, and size S, M, Items retrieved will be those of color blue OR red, AND, of size S OR M.

Filters are designed to bend to your needs. From the configuration page, you can add or remove them.

View item's details and change them

Detailed view allows to easily view and edit information of an Item. Its 3 sections - mains features, language features and sales channel features - organize information for quick access. Sections are designed to flex to your needs, features can be hidden or added in configuration.

All that is displayed can be modified. Changes are applied immediately at your command, just change one or multiple features and apply the edition.

Modify multiple items at once

From the list view, select a set of items and click on modify. Make changes and save. A pop in indicating change will be displayed, so you can review before applying modifications.

Modifications will be applied asynchronously. While a modification is in progress, you can continue to filter and view items details. To make new modifications, you must wait until changes in progress take place, it is usually superfast.
