Once you’ve been informed that your site has been created, you will be able to access it from the provided Order Management Center URL. When you access open it for the first time, you will be greeted by the Setup page. The Setup page helps you set up a site quickly and easily, ensuring that your configuration follows OneStock's latest best practices.

Configuring

There are two main scenarios:Configuration can be reset at any time, so you can experiment and start again as many time as needed.

When configuring a site you can choose between to paths : import and existing configuration and create a new configuration.

Import an existing configuration

This is useful when you have already configured your site in another environment. Simply export its configuration and import it here.

Create a new configuration

Great for when you are initializing a site from scratch. This configuration path will take you through a series of questions, once all answered, your configuration will be ready for deploiment.

Answering questions

Questions are prefilled with the standard use case. If you do not know the answer to some of these questions, do not sweat it and leave it with the default selection.

Reset configuration

Coming soon. You will be able to reset the configuration of your site by re-running the setup wizard. Resetting your site is a great way of defaulting back to the standard configuration while playing around with OneStock or if you need to set up your site identical to another to analyze a problem. It’s important to keep in mind that resetting your configuration will erase your current configuration, so back it up before by making an export.

To reset, go to Configuration>Reset configuration.
