Robin, your AI assistant
Introduction
Who is Robin?
Robin is a constant companion throughout the OneStock journey. He helps users navigate complexity, find answers instantly, and turn knowledge into action.
The release v23 marks the birth of Robin, an assistant designed to evolve over time, take on new roles, and gain increasingly powerful capabilities. Always present, always supportive.
Robin's mission is clear: empower users to move faster, work smarter, and operate with confidence with less friction, every day.
It’s Identity
Robin is a trusted sidekick, not the hero. The OneStock user is the hero. Inspired by Batman’s Robin, he acts as a reliable right-hand assistant: supporting, guiding, and empowering users at every step of their journey.
Robin’s name, personality, and positioning were intentionally designed to make AI assistance feel simple, intuitive, and approachable for everyone, including non-technical users. Rather than creating a cold or “robotic” assistant, we chose to build a companion with a more human presence. One that feels helpful, reassuring, and easy to interact with.
Robin's skills
Live Configuration assistant
This assisant was designed to help administrators, configurators, and integration teams efficiently manage and optimize the platform setup.
Fully integrated into the OneStock back office and already available in production, Robin provides instant, contextual guidance for configuring business rules, understanding platform behaviors, and navigating complex setup processes. Leveraging OneStock’s functional and technical documentation, it delivers precise and reliable answers directly within the application, always accompanied by source references to ensure transparency and allow users to explore topics further independently.
Designed as a high-level configuration co-pilot, Robin can guide users step-by-step through configuration tasks, recommend best practices, explain how specific features work, and redirect users to the appropriate back-office pages without requiring them to search through menus or documentation.
Users can interact with Robin using natural language, making it easier for both experienced consultants and new operational teams to quickly find answers, troubleshoot configurations, and accelerate onboarding on the platform.
Live Orchestration assistant
This assistant released mid-2025 was designed to help teams create and optimize orchestration configurations.
Whether starting from scratch or refining an existing setup, Robin understands the current context, takes recent changes into account, and suggests configurations tailored to business needs. Acting as a true co-pilot, it helps save time, reduce configuration errors, and accelerate the setup of a fully operational system.
