Prerequisites

1.Shopify Requirements before installing

A Shopify Plus account.
The store must be configured with all relevant products, SKUs, and inventory locations.

2.OneStock Requirements

An active OneStock OMS account.

3.Data Alignment

SKU identifiers, product references, and location codes should be consistent across Shopify and OneStock.

Installing the OneStock Connector for Shopify

You can install the OneStock connector by visiting this page.

Then, fill up your domain.

Initial OneStock configuration for a successful launch

Before starting the configuration of the OneStock connector, we recommend:

Site ID: Ask the Onestock team to create your site ID or use the one already shared
API User: the connector requires an api user to connect to OneStock.
Check our API user guide.
SFTP server (optional) : if you want to synchronize stocks with the connector, you’ll need an SFTP access that is configured both in OneStock and on the connector.

and make sure you do the configuration for the connector as well here.
Go in OneStock backoffce Configuration>Security>ACL rules and put the below data to update yours rights.

Delivery promise (optional) : make sure that your delivery promise is configured and returns results for your main business cases - home delivery, click and collect.

To use our proxy route to implement the delivery promise in your product pages, make sure you have configured the saleschannel to be used for your shop here.
Translator for stock export to the OneStock Connector can only read stock files in .csv with semi colon separator and with item_id and quantity headers. This translator is available in the OneStock backoffice library.
