What is Robin for Orchestration ?
Meet Robin, the new AI-powered OneStock assistant. Embedded in the Order Management Center, Robin is here to help you create and refine the configuration of OneStock.
Whether you are are getting started, or fine tuning the setup, Robin is able to take actions and propose a configuration that will fit the business case, and adapt it to OneStock’s environment, helping you to build a working system, saving you time, or error management.
Think of Robin as a co-pilot : An assistant that will propose a direction based on your needs.
What can the Assistant do ?
Two modes are available using Robin :
Configuration generator
Configuration refiner
Configuration generator
Start a configuration from scratch.
Describe what you want to achieve using your vocabulary
Robin suggests a new configuration based on your goals
Validate, modify and publish the new configuration
Configuration refiner
Use an existing configuration to make it more relevant to your business case.
Ask Robin to adjust the parameters, duplicate, or add elements
Compare the suggested configuration with the original
Accept, reject, or edit before applying
What Robin Understands
Robin with context-awareness :
Robin knows the current configuration.
Robin understands latest changes — no need to repeat yourself.
Robin can access config APIs to fetch or validate information.
The interface allows you to undo actions or revert suggestions.
Activation of Robin
Every Assistant for configuration is contextual. Meaning that each chat will be available in the dedicated service to configure.
Robin must be activated individually for each new configuration it needs to assist you.
You will find the AI activation in the Order Management Center > Configuration > BackOffice > Dedicated service
