Exporting Stock: Flexible Options to Suit Your Needs

Stock can be exported in two main ways:

  • Synchronous export: Ideal for retrieving a few lines, such as validating stock during specific operations.

  • Asynchronous export: Designed for syncing stock across systems efficiently. In this mode, stock data can be pushed to an SFTP server or delivered via a webhook.

Need Real-Time Stock Data for your ecom Product Page?

To check item availability on your ecom product page, you’ll need an active Delivery Promise license. Without it, the system is subject to rate limit, which may quickly restrict your operations.

With a Delivery Promise license, you have two options:

  1. Use Delivery Promise to display accurate delivery dates to your customers, ensuring orchestration aligns with these dates.

  2. Retrieve stock directly using the synchronous stock export API endpoint for immediate availability data.
