🚚 Carrier scheduled events

Carrier scheduled events allow impacting the calendar of a selection of carriers and zones during a specific interval of time (start and end included). This translates into disabling pickups, delivery, or transit operations of a set of delivery routes during an interval of time.

Info

Attention when configuring long-lasting events
If an event lasts longer than a week, the delivery promise will consider impacted routes as non-available.
For example, a scheduled event of 5 days will offset delivery promise, of impacted routes, by 5 days, a scheduled event of 8 days, will result in no delivery promise response for impacted routes.
